推廣信這個topic是一個不折不扣的老話題。很多外貿(mào)高手都談過如何有效撰寫開發(fā)信,每個人都是經(jīng)驗之談,值得借鑒。同時,不同的辦法,聽上去都很有道理,往往讓我們的外貿(mào)新人頭昏眼花,不知該聽誰的。一到寫開發(fā)信的時候,新人們打開新郵件,有的想了半天,仍然覺得無話可說,有的則覺得要說的話太多,洋洋灑灑如同散文。
我也來寫寫我的想法吧。不說那么多復雜的,給個基礎的guideline吧。各位外貿(mào)大蝦在外貿(mào)商海浮沉多年,都有自己的一套辦法。我這個主要給新人看的。對推廣信有一定的概念后,通過不斷的經(jīng)驗積累和前輩指教,形成自己的體會和方法。
看到一個采購信息,下筆寫開發(fā)信之前,首先要考慮的問題:

寫的時候注意:
標題很重要。標題得讓人愿意打開,否則內容寫的再好也沒用。我們要學會做標題黨。一般來說,標題最好包括與對方匹配的產(chǎn)品關鍵詞,目的是讓對方從標題上就能知道這封郵件跟他相關;
